THE ARIZMENDIARRARIETA – ANITUA SARRIAK FOUNDATION AWARDS ZGR CORPORATION FOR ITS EXCELLENCE IN MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE

  • Iñigo Segura, CEO and Managing Director, collected the Arrizmendiarrieta – Anitua Award on behalf of the company at an event organised at the Egibide Molinuevo school in Vitoria.
  • For ZGR, this award is a grateful recognition of a forward-looking business strategy based on its commitment to people, transparency and innovation.

Arizmendiarrieta Award – The Arizmendiarrarrieta-Anitua Sarriak Foundation’s award to ZGR Corporación recognises the company’s commitment to the values and management practices recommended in the Inclusive Participatory Business Model (MIPE), highlighting its contribution to business development in Alava.

At a ceremony, the CEO of ZGR Corporación, Íñigo Segura, accepted the Arizmendiarrieta award on behalf of the company. The jury highlighted the determination of ZGR’s management in transforming its traditional management model by restructuring processes and changing the organisational culture in line with a new business strategy.

Alongside ZGR, other outstanding companies such as EGA Master and the teaching cooperative Urkide Ikastetxea Innovation Centre also received awards in recognition of their contributions. The jury was made up of representatives of public and private institutions in Alava.
