Quédate UPV - iniciativa para atraer y captar talento

Talent and innovation: the key pair for ZGR Corporación

The success of any innovative company lies in its ability to attract and develop talent. At ZGR Corporación, we understand this well, which is why we participated in the eighth edition of the Quédate program by the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), an initiative that connects companies with the 100 brightest students from the University.

With 500 applications, 100 selected students, and 31 companies seeking the professionals of the future, these figures clearly demonstrate the success of this initiative—serving as a bridge between academia and the workforce. At ZGR Corporación, we have actively engaged in this program, convinced that to continue leading innovation in power electronics, we must attract, train, and develop young talent.

Participation in programs like this goes far beyond a talent recruitment opportunity; it is a committed investment in the development of highly qualified professionals in the field of power electronics.

Our commitment to excellence and technological innovation is embodied in initiatives such as the ZGR-UPV Chair in Power Electronics, where we collaborate with UPV to promote education, research, and the development of solutions that improve energy efficiency.

Lola Salvador, Vice Rector for Employment and Continuing Education at UPV, highlighted during the Quédate event: “We firmly believe in the collaboration between companies and universities, which is why we encourage numerous initiatives that bring us closer to the business sector.”

Meanwhile, our Talent Director, Antonio Arenas, emphasized: “At ZGR Corporación, we believe in young talent. We seek curious, nonconformist minds with an ambition for the future. We provide real opportunities for professional development.”

We are a company that places its bet on knowledge transfer between generations, applied innovation, and continuous training as the keys to leading a highly competitive, strategic, technologically advanced, and rapidly transforming sector.

Many of the students who undertake internships with us through the ZGR-UPV Chair subsequently join the company under employment contracts, with the possibility of developing their projects in a real industrial environment.
