SIlicon Carbide SOLutions

The “SIlicon Carbide Solutions – SICSOL” project was born with a clear orientation towards the generation of knowledge and development of technology, around Silicon Carbide semiconductors, for their application in industry.
Through this project, Zigor aims to incorporate the latest technologies in terms of materials and electronic components for energy conversion, which will allow us to make a qualitative leap in the electronic modules of our power equipment: increased switching frequency, improved electromagnetic interference, reduced losses, reduced volume and costs.
