By submitting an RMA / Repair form, you accept the privacy and data protection policy.

Failures caused by the following situations are excluded from the warranty:

  • Breakdowns due to improper handling, improper use, act of negligence, mains failure or due to storms.
  • Breakdowns caused by accident, theft, fire or natural disaster.
  • When an intervention has been carried out or attempted by a Technical Service not authorised by Zigor After-sales Service.


  • Before sending the faulty material, Zigor will send (when the repair is NOT under warranty) the corresponding assessment of the same.
  • Once Zigor has received this accepted assessment, duly completed, the material will be sent.
