The Sec2Grid project

The Sec2Grid project, titled “New smart electronic devices for a more secure electrical distribution grid against cyber attacks” and with file ZL-2022/00036, has been financed in the 2022 call for proposals by the Competitive Hazitek programme of the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and the Environment of the Basque Government (SPRI) and by Feder Funds. The main objective of the Sec2Grid is to equip the entire value chain of the electrical sector with the capacity to respond in a coordinated and rapid way to cyber security incidents that affect the Smart Grid. As an overall result of the project, an infrastructure will be obtained that supports a federated threat intelligence service and integrated cyber security incident management.
